Just called snore shop Lower Sackville to ask a simple question about invoicing. Who ever answered the phone on May 19th @ 10:14 was the most unhelpful, confused and unprofessional woman I have ever spoken to. She even had the nerve to laugh at me when I continued my question. You do realize invoicing is guaranteed business?I would never go to the snore shop and give them my business after that experience. I buy all my parts local. You’ve just missed out on a lot of business.

Excellent! I was searching for quality, prompt, friendly and efficient service and that's exactly what I received. They answered the phone the FIRST time I called (other companies did NOT, and didn't even return my message after 24 hrs--still haven't...) I was booked in to see a specialist the next day. I was looking for an upgrade and replacement CPAP unit with everything included and didn't want to wait for any parts, they had what I needed right there in the store, I walked out with what I came for. That was satisfying to say the least. Great job and customer relations from Crystal on the desk, and CPAP specialist Jacqueline who took care of my request and new CPAP machine and accessories. Great job to the Snore Shop staff there today, I highly recommend them!

I had a wonderful visit with Robyn, the Sleep Care Coordinator, today. She is very knowledgeable and was able to answer every one of my questions without hesitation, I was very impressed. I definitely highly recommend The Snore Shop due to the service I received from her alone.
