  We first met Tia and Moe at Vatero about eight years ago during our search for bathroom and kitchen renovation supplies, and their service has been exceptional ever since. The level of attention they give is truly remarkable. You’re buying a faucet, (not a Tiffany ring ) yet you’re treated with even more care and thoughtfulness. From being warmly welcomed and offered coffee to carefully reviewing every option, you feel genuinely valued. There is also a wonderful young, light, and friendly energy in the showroom that makes every visit pleasant and relaxed. It never feels cold or rushed. During our recent visit, they even arranged a dedicated appointment for us at Rubinet to review specific finishes in person. That kind of personalized service is rare. Their professionalism, consistency, and genuine care are why we have been recommending Vatero to everyone we know for years — and will continue to do so.   Very disappointed with this company. I called the day before, right before closing, and spoke with an Asian woman who confirmed that they had the specific model I needed. I explained that we would be driving two hours to pick it up because it’s backordered everywhere else. She checked, told me they had it in stock, and said to come between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. After driving all the way there today, she suddenly claimed they had sold all of them that morning. No call, no warning, nothing. She did not even give us an option to pay for it on the phone, all she said was she would keep one aside. Extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of our time. I will never use this company again
