Do not call this place as useless and clueless and is a part of CNIB which CNIB services is non existence . The CNIB Customers call center representatives are rude talk over you will delbertely hold back information when you ask questions. Horrid horrid service from CNIB and this organization. Could not help me with financial assistance to save my vision.. These two organization are like all non profit organizations do not want to help their clients just a job creation project for themselves. They could care less and have no empathy for their clients. Please do not donate CNIB was found guilty of spending more of their donated dollars on campaigning then helping their clients. Do not call or even ask for help because the answer will a big fat no.
