Please please please go anywhere else. This place has been sketchy since my first encounter. The $350 charge that other companies don’t have is sketchy as well and the service provided is subpar anyways. I encourage you to wait longer for sleep management. I wish I did.- Update Sept 2025, interesting that they told me to reach out via email and never replied. Goes to show how atrocious this company is.

First off, while I get experiences vary, some of the negative reviews are wildly lacking in detail as to be questionable. Anyways my wife has been coming here for years and is treated above and beyond by Christine and staff. The ppl on the desk are polite too. Couldn't ask for more frankly so I recommend. Thank you all for what you do, it's appreciated.

My Mom received several years of service from Vitalaire and was so impressed by the service she received. Particularly she wanted my to mention the professional service she received from her most recent delivery driver, Adam Strickland on his professionalism and understanding the necessity of the nature of her condition. She has recently passed however she wanted me to pass on her gratitude for so many years of great service.
