What a horrible experience. I booked an eye exam with these people so that I could take my prescription and buy glasses. After spending $130 on an eye exam I left without the ability to buy glasses. Can I ask you what the point of the $130 and the waste of 45 minutes was? I would give them -1 trillion Stars if I could. I have never been more upset with a business in my life.

Just got back from getting fitted for my second pair of glasses. Got my first pair last week. Don't know the lady's name who looked after me but she was extremely nice and professional. Been going to Hakim/ Vogue since they were in the Bayers Road Shopping Center, and that's going back a few years. Never been disappointed in my glasses or the staff who have waited on me over the years. A huge thank you to to wonderful lady that waited on me today ❤️

well this is my experience at vogue optical bayers lake, first my eye exam, because of problems with looking at my computer screen and words little blurry on my phone, now even though I was told my eyes were fine the doctor still gave me a perscription for progressive glasses and told to wear all the time. now I trusted the doctor so therefore filled the perscription..well when I picked up my glasses and put them on I couldn't walk out of the door with them on, the girl behind the desk assured me that it will take time a week or more for my eyes to finally adjust. well over 2 weeks goes by and my eyes are not adjusting through these lenses at all, straining my eyes making me dizzy just very difficult.. to be frank I wanted to return them and befunded, be this is not what they want to discuss. so talking to manager as I tell her the perscription is all wrong and maybe I didn't need a perscription I was talked into changing the lenses to office progressives which with no discussion apparently same price tag as the progressives, $271.00..I even asked when I brought my progressive back about possible price reduction for the office progressive and the girl didn't want to address that at all.. now today I go back and pick up the now office progressives as suggested by manager, I bring them home only to my surprise these lenses are no different, I look through them and everything is blurry I look at my phone and the words seem sideways, I mean this is rediculus, obviously these perscriptions are not meant for my eyes at all, vogue optical should have given me my refund for first perscription as I asked, this should not be the customer's fault if something isent correct and shouldn't be a problem to offer a refund...what am I suppose to do with glasses that I cannot wear again and expected to swallow a price tag of $271.00...
