All walmart stores lack professionalism. Cashiers barely say two words to you, no please , no thank you..... And the attire..🤦♀️ especially managment..dressed like a lazy day at home . A dress code needs to be implemented. Black pants and shoes and white shirt or blouse.

Every time I come to buy baby formula, the doors are locked and I have to look for a staff member to open them. The problem is that there is usually no one around, so I end up walking around the store trying to find someone. This is very inconvenient, especially when you have a baby and need quick access to essential items. Please consider installing a call button, bell, or some kind of assistance system so customers can easily notify staff when help is needed. It would make the experience much better and less stressful. I hope management will take this into consideration and improve the service.

Be careful at this location! Today I tried to buy a 50-inch TV that was clearly marked on the shelf for $278. At the checkout, it scanned for $448. The supervisor confirmed the price tag was the only one for that TV, but the Store Manager refused to honor the shelf price. He was incredibly rude, stating that the price tag was "only for staff" and that it was "none of my business" why it was there. They completely ignored the Scanner Price Accuracy Code, which they are legally/voluntarily obliged to follow in Canada. When I mentioned "False Advertising," the manager told me to "call it what I want" and just walked away. This is a classic "Bait and Switch" tactic. Extremely unprofessional management at the Regent Ave location. I am escalating this to the Consumer Protection Office of Manitoba and the Retail Council of Canada. Avoid this store if you value your time and money!
