If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered a COMPEX SP 8.0 WOD on May 9 and paid over CA$1300. After delaying shipment for days and constantly telling me “next week,” the seller suddenly admitted they could not ship the product at all. Instead of properly resolving the issue, they tried to replace my order with a regular COMPEX SP 8.0 model while charging me the exact same premium price. The replacement model is clearly cheaper online, yet they still expected me to accept it at the higher price I originally paid for the WOD version. This felt extremely misleading and dishonest. The customer service was also terrible. They repeatedly called me instead of actually fixing the problem, pressured me to change my order, and wasted a huge amount of my time. If they never had stock available, they should never have accepted the order in the first place. Overall: - False inventory / unable to fulfill orders - Constant shipping delays - Tried switching to a lower-tier product - Wanted premium pricing for a cheaper item - Poor communication and unprofessional behavior Even though I eventually got refunded, this was one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had. Be very careful before ordering from this store.

I ordered some BD Eclipse Luer-Lok Syringe. I ordered the wrong type and then immediately ordered the correct type. This was on a Saturday, so i sent them an email explaining the issue expecting for a response on Monday-ish. Not only did i get an email response on the weekend they actually called me to follow up to clarify a few things. In this age of Clumsy frustrating AI-agents and brain dead chatbots- calling a client is EXACTLY how a company should run customer service! Great experience and will definitely spread the word,
