The place is well kept, tidy and clean. Applause goes to staff May, who greeted us with a smile and showed us around. She asked about our needs and particular supplies and equipments that we were looking in to purchase. She was very patient and showed us the items we were looking for. She explained the pros and cons of each item and she is very knowledgeable about their products. She also compared and explained to us if what is the best item for my particular and specific need. She carried herself with confidence and was very pleasant and patient the entire time of our querries. We were able to purchase what we needed and the suggestions and options she gave us were the better choices. The products we bought are giving me the best possible outcome expected. I recently purchased a CPAP/APAP machine for my mother at Wellwise (Kennedy Rd. Brampton). The CPAP consultant that I dealt with, Wing, was phenomenal from start to finish. Wing is very knowledgeable and was extremely patient with all of my questions. She was very thorough and clearly explained the functions and settings of the machine. She even followed up with me to see how my mom was adjusting to her new machine one week after my purchase and provide me with an updated report. Thank you for your outstanding customer service and professionalism. Additional Note: This is long overdue, but I also wanted to thank Nellie, the Store Manager, for all the assistance she provided with the walkers. I had so many questions regarding warranties and the features of the walkers and she was so knowledgeable and helpful in addressing all of them. She thoroughly explained the benefits of the Assistive Devices Program (ADP) & process. I would highly recommend Wellwise for all your health & wellness needs.

Anisha was immense help in finding a filter for my CPAP machine. I first called into the store and she was incredibly kind and helpful. She searched until she was sure that I had the correct product and even found an additional part that was required for the filter that I was unaware of. Without her help I wouldn't have known what to look for. Anisha had a warm and friendly smile, she listened well and provided wonderful customer service on a busy day like Christmas Eve.
