My aunt has severe mobility disability and so she desperately needed a walker that helped her with walking around indoors. Ingrid helped us on the day. She was extremely professional and patient. She answered all our questions and was able to make the purchase so easy. Bless her and the team. This outlet is really nice.

I visited wellwise in Oakville for a cane this afternoon and was unsure on style and how to size it. However a young man named Lucas provided excellent help and kindness. He helped me find the perfect size, and explained how to use it and how every cane varies. His knowledge, kindness, and expertise should not go unseen! Very happy with my purchase and the extraordinary customer service. Very well done! Great store.

Ingrid was the best! I had to look at and buy a list of medical aids for my upcoming TKR surgery. Ingrid went through the list one item at a time and gave great advice and suggestions. She pointed out possible disadvantages and we were so impressed with her recommendations. She spent time with me and I never felt rushed. Her great service was really appreciated! LM
