I lived there for 2 years and transferred I want to go back there I'm not happy where I am

Both my parents had to go into care and we were lucky enough to get them into The Admiral. My mom passed way yesterday after a long battle with dementia. My dad passed a few years ago. The staff were incredibly caring and looked after all of us through both vigil periods. My mom’s was 3 days. They had a cot for my sister to sleep on the first day and fed us throughout the whole ordeal. They treated us like family and with total respect. We cannot say enough about how amazing they were. Everyone from the cook, the nursing staff, the care aides, down even to the cleaning staff were amazing. We love you guys for how you treated mom and dad and us. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You made what could have been a horrible time for our family into a much much better set of memories and peaceful ending.

Visited an old friend now in residence. Helpful, caring and friendly staff. My friend is very happy with her accommodation.
