If I could put negative stars I would. We have had to endure everything from finding mouse droppings all over my grandmother's room. In her chair, her side table, and bathroom. To her personal belongings being stolen. Started with small things the staff blamed on other residents, glasses, personal art. To now a whole shelving unit we brought from her home. They have had to admit it couldn't possible be an elderly person who has trouble walking down the hall. And must be staff. They have 0 accountability, and hope you'll just go away. Even after repeated efforts to get answers. The Police have been contacted.

Caring for folk with memory and related issues involves a lot of love, patience and knowledge. Here our loved one is well cared for by staff who really care about assisting people and strive to be as helpful and effective as possible. We have no reservations at all and we’re grateful to be guests at Glenwarren

The care of the staff that assist my mother is wonderful. Nurses and care workers treat her with kindness and respect. I am very appreciative of this support. Unfortunately, the only area of concern is the welcoming at the entrance. The majority of the front door staff are excellent and wonderful to interact with. I have even contacted their head office to praise them. However, recently I have felt negative treatment by only one individual. Hopefully, this individual will pick up the methods used by the other receptionist, treat all visiting family members equally and understand treatment of a resident’s family is a priority. Myself, as well as many others, have a quickly reducing time to be with our family and time with loved ones is so needed. It is important that I stress the care for the residents is excellent and I am only expressing one concern that I have experienced.
