South Terrace staff are absolutely outstanding! The care, the respect, the empathy they had for our Mom was not only professional but truly heartfelt – caring for her like a family member. We could not ask for any better care and love they showed her. Our Mom was there for just over a year – the hardest part of her life. Sure the building is rough, but we would take caring staff over the looks of the building any day. If you are looking for peace-of-mind in having caregivers looking after your loved ones, look no further than the staff at South Terrace. Our family is so appreciative for them being part of our Mom’s last year.

My husband was in ISU for a year till last week. I would like to express my appreciation and deep gratitude for the professional and caring treatment he received. The staff were great and most helpful. The recreational staff were also great and most caring. We received appreciate assistance from OT and management. Keep up the good work!

Staff in incredible here - they truly care for the residents and treat them like their own family. If you’re looking to have peace of mind knowing your loved one is cared for, this is the place. They have lots of fun activities for the residents as well!
