If I could give this place zero stars, I would. What has happened to my grandmother here has left our family deeply concerned and devastated—and I feel it’s important to share our experience so others can make an informed decision. She is currently hospitalized in critical condition after developing a serious infection. Prior to her hospitalization, she experienced seizures that, from what we understand, continued for a while before an ambulance was finally called. When we were notified, we were simply told she was “unresponsive,” with no mention of seizures or that she had been placed in isolation due to a UTI—something the hospital doctor also questioned. We are struggling to understand the decisions made around her care. Unfortunately, this wasn’t the only issue. A few months ago, we noticed her eye was scratched and bleeding. No one had informed us, and we only learned of it during a visit. When we asked about it, staff appeared unsure about what had happened. Another time, she had a deep cut on her finger. We were told she bit herself using her working hand to lift her paralyzed one—an explanation we found very difficult to accept. We suspect it may have occurred during a transfer into her wheelchair, which may not have been done with the necessary care. Again, no one proactively reported the injury to us. These incidents have made us feel that our grandmother’s safety and well-being were not consistently prioritized. As someone who cannot speak for herself, she relies entirely on her caregivers. In our experience, communication was lacking, and we were often left feeling helpless and frustrated. I urge families considering this facility to ask questions, visit often, and stay involved. Our elderly loved ones deserve compassionate, transparent, and competent care.

My dad moved into Trilogy in March 2023. He is wheelchair bound. There have been challenges but when I voiced my concerns, Trilogy staff and leadership have always stepped up and worked with me to assist in the care of my dad. The staff are good people.

I forgot to add this: we booked an appointment to view this place before we sent my father in law. We showed up - the person who was supposed to give us the your was not there. After 50 mins, they told us they can't give us the tour and they email us the details! This was it first experience with this terrible place! All these reviews are years old. Please do not send your loved ones to this location. My father in law is here and they do not care about the patients. We sent him new clothes and they claimed they needed to do laundry and put tags on the clothes. They didn't give him his clothes for 3 weeks. When we asked they said there was no one to do laundry. Further, after another week they could not find his clothes. He needed water, but no one gave him anything until we showed up and they told us you need to pay for bottled water or else they have a fountain for him to fill his bottle. This man is such and can't fend for himself and no one could give him water?!? We gave him new slippers for Christmas and in the middle of the night other patients with mental struggles came into his room and took his slippers. Not to mention the rude staff. Needless to say, we are working to get him out of here ASAP! please do not send your loved ones here! There needs to be a criminal investigation into this facility.
