Thankyou Diana for the amazing tour. What a beautiful building with a great vibrant feel to it but also very cozy too. Close to the mall and great views.

As a nurse and realtor with over 22 years of experience working closely with seniors, I have visited many residences across the region but my recent visit to this community truly stood out. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by Branka and Diana, whose warmth, professionalism, and genuine care set the tone for the entire experience. Their hospitality was exceptional, and it’s clear they take great pride in the work they do. I joined them and a few prospective residents for lunch, and it was an absolute pleasure. One of the most common questions my clients ask when considering a senior residence is about the quality of the food. I can confidently say the meal I enjoyed exceeded expectations. The mushroom soup was clearly made from scratch, not from a can !. The cannelloni was delicious, and although I don’t eat seafood, the salmon dish presented to others looked beautifully prepared well presented as well. The location is another major advantage right in the centre of the communitty, It’s within walking distance to everything, which is a huge benefit for seniors and their families. The units themselves are impressively spacious, noticeably larger than many suites I’ve seen in residences built as recently as last year. The entire residence is spotless, welmaintained, and clearly cared for. The underground parking was a bonus, especially in this weather, and made access incredibly easy. Overall, this residence demonstrates a level of quality, professionalism, and heart that is rare to find. The staff, the environment, the food, and the attention to detail all reflect a commitment to excellence. I would highly recommend this community to any senior or family exploring their options.

A Heartwarming Experience and Truly Compassionate Team Though our tenure at Amica was unfortunately short, the heartwarming experience we had there left an indelible mark on our family. The level of dedication, professionalism, and genuine warmth shown by the staff made all the difference in the care of our beloved grandparents. We would like to extend our deepest gratitude to the ENTIRE TEAM for their wonderful service. Every single person, from the thoughtful Concierge staff who always greeted us with a smile, to the dedicated PSWs and all the management and support staff, operates with remarkable compassion and commitment. In particular, we wish to give special recognition to several individuals whose care truly stood out: Shane, Daniel, Branka, Lily, Leslie, Bhim, and Miguel. Your individual attention, kindness, and professionalism ensured our grandparents felt safe, comfortable, and cherished every day they were in your care. Thank you, Amica, for fostering such a supportive and loving environment. We are so grateful for the short but immensely positive experience you provided.
