Being a part of the Annapolis Valley Home Care team has been very rewarding. It has allowed me to come in contact with different clients/residents. Which has allowed me to care. The office staff is very efficient and understanding. It is a great place to work for.

I have been part of Annapolis Valley Home Care Ltd since 2024, starting while I was still a student, and it has been an outstanding place to work. The organization is genuinely supportive and values work-life balance. They are very accommodating with scheduling and always willing to work around your availability, which made it possible for me to balance school, family, and work without stress back then. Management is approachable, listens to feedback, and treats staff with respect and empathy.
