We would like to express our gratitude and thankfulness to Marianne and Nina Foster. Ms. Nina Foster made time to do a home visit and demonstrated her appreciation and showed us how Arcadia value their clients. That eye to eye contact and personal connection with clients are good combination for a company to prosper more. Personally and professionally, we are very careful submitting endorsements, recommendations and feedback. However, we are considerate and smart enough to give and provide credit and appreciation for employees when it is appropriate and necessary. Nina’s home visit was truly a true testament that she cares and value Arcadia Home Care clients. Her personal approach and touch provides clients like us peace of mind and feeling appreciated. There is no perfect organization but there is always a room to move forward and follow good directions. One way is for an organization to have the ability to listen and gauge what the clients are feeling and saying. Nina has all of these traits. Having Nina on your team is definitely a big asset to Arcadia.

I set my mother up with Arcadia while she was still fairly well and required little care. Once my mother had a fall and needed 24 hour care, I called on Arcadia and they sent a few fantastic PSWs for my mom. I often needed to cover a shift with very short notice, or on the weekend, and I was always met with a helpful, positive response. They were a lifesaver. Once we had a regular schedule the PSWs assigned to my mother were marvellous. Skilled, kind and dependable. I highly recommend Arcadia for the deft administration as well as the excellent PSWs.
