  One Star, that's all you get. One star for not killing him! First, a grown man should not have to share a bedroom! If he does, more than 2 feet between beds would be nice! Not putting an incontinent person with a non-incontinent person would be a courtesy! Emyou is very aggressive, combative, and confrontational. She literally screamed at my Mama the first time they met because Mama was telling her what the doctor said about my uncle. She yells at the residents a lot in both languages. Meals are cheap and not based on nutrition (1st meal I saw was rice that was crunchy and floating in soy sauce (because seniors don't have high blood pressure and water retention) and chicken cutlets (not white breast meat) and a toddler cup of milk. My uncle has lost 2 Jean sizes in the year he lived there. I reported the dog that barks 22 hours a day, Emyou was told that the dog could not stay there. A week later, here's Muffin again keeping everyone on edge and interrupting what little sleep seniors get. I finally got to pack up my uncle's belongings and move him. I used the toilet while we were packing up and saw the products used in the shower...dollar store crap! The "safety" seat has broken feet grips and there were sweats in the garbage can covered in feces. The Social Worker chose this "home" because it's cheap but you really get what you pay for.

  Any is a very caring person and would recommend Ashton Care Home to anyone. Great meals, clean and cares for the seniors that is in her care.

  My Mother gets good care and attention and they are friendly to guests! There’s a nice deck where the residents can sit in privacy and enjoy nature.
