My parents moved in a few weeks ago and the staff have been wonderful helping with their transition. Special shout out to Alan, who handles the day to day maintenance for checking in on my folks and taking care of any repairs without worrying about a charge including mounting a TV! Everyone else come with the same 'how can i help' attitude from the front desk to the PSWs to dining staff to activity coordinators. Thank you all for the great welcome!

This residence was beyond patient & understanding for the short time my mother was there. Wonderful activities and the food was great . Hanaa , the general manager was incredible under the circumstances that occurred due to a family member who unfortunately sabotaged my mother’s stay. Ignore the review by KB . It is unsupported .

Our mother was a memory care resident under the Verve ownership. If I could give zero stars, I would. This place shouldn't have a memory care floor at all, as they're ill equipped to handle those needs. There's a reason they ask for a review immediately after signing. They promised such good care on the memory floor that was never achieved. My mother was left in a room covered in feces, she was left soiled for hours and with broken AC during a major heat wave until my brother visited and had to pressure them to fix it immediately. There's not enough staff, or trained staff, to care for dementia patients. Our family was constantly asked to tell them how to manage her. The turnover shows how poorly this place is run. It's for profit and it shows. We paid over $8000/month for the worst care she's received over the past 3 years. The so called "doctor" at the residence is inattentive and checked out. Didn't care to investigate how to properly adjust her meds. As soon as she landed in hospital her meds were adjusted. My mother's decline in this facility over and above everywhere else she's been was significant. Directly impacted by the lack of care at the Credit River Retirement Residences. Avoid this place at all cost. You're way better off at a long term care facility. Our mom is finally in a proper care home and hasn't had an infection since. There's enough staff to watch the residents and they monitor her meds and progress regularly. Thank goodness we got her out of this place.
