Friendly, staffs. Activities Programs do their best as they when staffs permits.

The changes at this place are horrible prior to before: the recreational staff members in the past was knowledgeable, empathetic and provided support to the residents at Banfield. I understand things change hence the latter a new-wave of recreational staff members who are either inexperienced or don't know how to attend to special needs patients residing in long term care. This place has gone downhill.

They really don't connect with patients or worry about them as people. I know they have downsized recently and so the few patients that are left are sharing rooms. However, nothing is being done for physical safety. My grandma is there and within the last few weeks we have gotten multiple notifications from a nurse to let us know she is hurt (physically quite bruised) and claims someone attacked her yet they have no idea who and it continues to occur. No resolution in sight. Really, don't send your loved ones here.
