  Very sad that their quality of work is poor For the amount of money we put into the business you think they should follow thru their contract and promises to help care for our family Recently we had the following No baths Money regularly stolen from bedroom ( police has been notified) Late on arrival No arrival Snarky attitude Poor service And lastly No return phone calls or poor excuses to why their staff did not come to the clients home to assist and do their job- ( car was unable to get out of garage they said ) I would never recommend this place

  This is service is completely incompetent. They do not show up consistently when they’re supposed to (if at all), they shouted at my 96 year old grandfather often, they leave messes in the house, and they consistently do not read the health care plan so they never know what they are doing. Bayshore also will send a new health aid into your house almost every visit so they do not learn how to use the home or develop any familiarity with your loved one. They were meant to be feeding my 96 year old grandfather dinner every evening. We had prepared meals in the fridge for him but one night the aid fed him cake and left him in the living room in the dark with the tv off. Cobi is the manager of this branch and she said that she can keep reminding the aids but that she admits “things will be missed”. Unbelievable. Self manage the AHS dollars and save yourself this headache.

  This is by far the worst healthcare business you can deal with. No attention to detail, no professionalism, they do not follow Doctors orders, often forget to schedule your help. Stay away from here if you care about yourself.
