We cannot speak highly enough of the Bear Home Care that has supported my aunt over the last couple of years. Their care, professionalism, and genuine kindness have made an enormous difference to her quality of life. Thanks to their support, my aunt has been able to continue living independently in her own unit, maintaining her dignity, routine, and sense of freedom. As her physical needs have increased over time, the team has consistently stepped up to the plate, adapting her care seamlessly and ensuring she always feels supported and safe. They have been incredibly flexible in working within our budget and invaluable in helping us navigate the healthcare system, offering guidance, reassurance, and clear communication throughout. We are so grateful for their dedication and would wholeheartedly recommend their service to anyone seeking caring, trustworthy support for a loved one.

Mandeep and her team with Bear Home Care was such a blessing to my father and our family. He was living in Bear Creek Villa for one month. I hired them for escorts to and from meals and activities as well as medication administration (they were also a backup in case Fraser Health canceled for personal care).The staff were always friendly, helpful and went above and beyond. I really felt like my dad was in the most capable hands and would be properly cared for. We could breathe easy as a family. Mandeep is competent and efficient and always addressed my concerns promptly. My dad had a fall in his suite recently and Mandeep and her staff dealt with this emergency with the utmost urgency, wisdom and care, while keeping family informed every step of the way. I will always be grateful for all that they did. I HIGHLY recommend this company!!! Thank you Mandeep and your wonderful team!

After an extended stay at the hospital, our mother required care and assistance as she returned to Bear Creek Villa. We were delighted to hear that Bear Care had begun work at the home and engaged their services. I can’t say enough about the support she has received. It has allowed her to remain in place where otherwise, she would have had to move. The staff are lovely, positive and attentive. They are exactly who you would want taking care of your parent. Mandeep is very knowledgeable and is quick and responsive with communications. It is not just the assistance that is appreciated, but the joy and compassion that comes along with it. A huge thank you to the whole team at Bear Home Care and Services.
