My father was here for close to two years. When he was first placed here we were planning on moving somewhere closer to our home in Maple Ridge but he liked here so much we decided it was best to keep him where we knew he was happy. The nursing and care staff here are amazing. The one area I feel could use improvement would be with one of the Doctors as I didn’t feel she was very attentive. Overall a great place for dad in his final days.

My Mom has been here for 4 years, she has loved it and been taken very good care of. The nurses are amazing and love to chat with her as they walk by! She has dementia and needs to have them feed her, it’s a big job, and they handle it with grace! ❤️💕❤️

When we first had our Mom come to this place we were really happy. The manager at the time was fantastic and everything was proper. After her leaving, the place quickly declined in every which way. The staff became less attentive the food quality terrible cheap packaged and unhealthy but mostly the overall care for my Mom was terrible. Progressively my Mom got worse. The staff ignored my Mom when she needed to go to the bathroom. She called for help endlessly. The Pharmacist overdosed one of her meds. She fell a few times fracturing her arm and her tailbone and lied to us about these incidences to the point our family had to call 911 and get her treatment. I could go on about the mistreatment and terrible events that occured in this place. This place i say is only good for those without any health issues that need attending to. But if your loved one needs help with eating going to the bathroom dementia. Please do not go to this facility. Its torture. Eventually thankfully got my Mom out of here. By then damage was done and the Dr kept emphasing most residents only live a couple years. I can see why
