Bergen Gardens has a wonderful memory care facility. The staff are caring and go above and beyond to ensure residents needs are taken care of. The memory care cottages have plenty of natural sunlight and the decor is exceptional. My Mom is enjoying her new home and we are pleased with the care she is receiving.

My father is there. Glad he's still listed for other facilities. Paying too much for services provided. Food is AWFUL. Programs are severely lacking. AVOID.

Bergen Gardens has been a tremendous help in my father's declining years. The memory care unit is by far the best in the city of Winnipeg, and thanks to their state of the art video and AI fall detection provides our family with comfort and peace of mind regarding my father's state of mind and health, 24 hours a day. Co-ordinating trips to medical specialists and allied health services can be time consuming. Bergen Gardens has been excellent at keeping co-ordination time to a minimum and Northway Pharmacy simplifies modifications in both medications and supplements for my father. The nursing staff, Kristi and now Nav, are excellent at keeping me informed about changes in my father's health and a great help in whether he requires hospital admission for acute conditions as well as receiving him back with a minimum of disruption to his schedule. The unique cottage design of the memory care units ensure my dad is never alone or isolated and the staff work seamlessly with outside private health care aides that have been with my dad for the past 18 months. My only regret is that we didn't move him here sooner.
