We were asked by one of the managers to leave a review if we were happy with the care provided and needless to say, we truly are! Our sister lives here and she is extremely happy. The care she receives is excellentand everyone is genuinely involved in her well-being. The North nurses and staff are attentive, kind always take the time to inform us of even the smallest incidents or updates. We are all kept well informed and we always feel confident that she is in good hands. We’re very grateful for the compassion and professionalism shown by the entire team.

My family and I were initially nervous about moving our loved one into long-term care but Bethania has truly given us peace of mind. The staff are respectful and compassionate. They take the time to get to know each resident, not just by name, but by their preferences and routines. The place is clean, well-maintained, and feels more like a community than a regular lte home. The activity schedule is thoughtful we especially appreciate the efforts made to celebrate holidays and special occasions it makes the residents feel valued and part of a family… Of course like any place, there are small challenges. At times, communication between staff and family could be more consistent especially regarding medical updates. However, whenever I raised a concern with Manager Jack Friesen it was addressed promptly. Overall we are grateful for the care and dignity given to my loved one. Knowing they are safe, comfortable, and surrounded by people who genuinely care has made this difficult transition much easier.

We recently toured Bethania with our familyand from the very first moment we walked in we felt at home. The lady at the entrance greeted us so warmly our grandma even whispered that she looked like “an angel with light around her.” During our visit we also ran into friends whose Omas and Ops are already living at the facility. They had nothing but wonderful things to say about the care their loved ones receive which gave us so much comfort. Staff and recreation team were engaged with residents. Everyone seemed genuinely happy and well cared for. We truly hope our gramma is able to get a place here. We’ve put Bethania as her first choice and after our visit we feel confident it would be a great place for her to be.
