Just over a year ago Mum moved into Billings Lodge, where she receives help with her dementia. I am delighted to say that they have exceeded our expectations since day one. Don't be fooled by the unassuming exterior, it's the care inside that counts! Mum loves the house pizza and live entertainment.

In the later stages of life, my father needed a great deal of care. The wonderful staff at Billings Lodge provided both care and friendship. They figured out what he liked to do (pet dogs and read!) and helped him be more comfortable. The support provided by Laurie, Sherlyn and the nursing team in the final days was extraordinary. Thank you for helping Dad have the non hospital passing he wanted.

This is a very home like retirement home the residents are what makes this home so great the rooms are beautiful the lounge areas are somewhere the residents enjoy to spend time with family and fellow residents they have activates that spark interest which is great for all who participate the owner is very nice always a smile on his face the only flaw this place has is unprofessional staff the head DOC is very rude she picks on some staff members she doesnt like she should be setting an example for co workers bullying should not be allowed in any work place I do believe that this place with do great in the future when they hire a professional DOC that cares about other rather then there own ego.
