As someone who is not inclined to write online reviews, I hope that the reader will appreciate how moved I was by my recent experience with Blossoms, as you read this review. My parents, both of whom are in their 90s, live in an assisted living facility and one of them was scheduled to undergo a day surgery procedure. This created a lot of logistical obstacles that had to be overcome since both of the children live in different cities than our parents. We have been clients of Blossoms for several years now and the home care services that they have provided have always been reliable and consistently of the highest caliber. This twist to the services that we would require during the day when my mother was slated to have her surgical procedure done, demanded creative thinking and planning in order to ensure that smooth and uninterrupted care would be provided to both of my parents on the day of my mother's scheduled procedure. Although all of the staff from Blossoms that we have been privileged and blessed to interact with are eminently professional and accommodating, I wish to draw specific attention to, and trumpet the accolades of, three of the individuals whose efforts transformed the unimaginable into a reality, and did so with compassion, understanding, professionalism, and tireless adaptability. Their ownership of the situation, attention to detail, thoughtful planning, exemplary communication, and compassionate care exceeded their own high standards of home care to which we had become accustomed, and reinforced our conviction that their work is a reflection of their divine natures, and appears to be more of a calling than a professional responsibility. Cindy, Jennifer, and Meghan all distinguished themselves on that stressful day, and along with the other exalted staff from Blossoms who have graced our lives, have cemented a permanent place in our hearts adjacent to the sacred areas reserved for family. Blossom Senior Care provided excellent care and support to my mom. The staff were compassionate, caring and friendly. They were professional and provided updates on what happened during their coverage. Our family would highly recommend Blossom Senior Care.
