The care team at Bramalea Retirement Residence were so great with my mother. She came here in a critical condition , disoriented from here home environment and scared. The entire care team made her feel welcome and helped and cared for her in many ways. Unfortunately, she only lasted 6 months but they were with her until the very end. Our family is so grateful to the entire team. Thank you again. Susan Smythe and Frank Olenik

Since my mom has moved into the Bramalea Retirement Residence last November, we have been very happy with the entire experience. The PSW’s are great, friendly caring people who do a fantastic job. The food program is delicious, the daily activities are fun and everyone is very friendly. Overall, our experience has been excellent from the staff to the care team to the atmosphere at BRR. Bringing mom here has made all our lives much easier knowing that she is happy and well cared for. Thank you everyone at BRR.

I cannot say enough positive things about Bramalea Retirement Residence. The staff have shown genuine care and compassion toward both our family members currently there, which has given our family tremendous peace of mind. They are consistently professional and truly make an effort to meet the individual needs of their residents. What stands out most is the open, two-way communication. The team is always available, ready to help, and willing to listen. They have consistently taken the time to address both my concerns and those of my family in a thoughtful and respectful manner. Knowing that my loved ones are in an environment where they are cared for, supported, and valued means everything to us. I’m very grateful for the dedication and commitment of the entire team at Bramalea Retirement Residence.
