We had a really positive experience at Breakaway Bays. We were enquiring about moving into the property and have several questions. Tracy and Gordana and the staff were incredibly supportive, helpful, and accommodating throughout the entire process. They responded quickly to our multiple enquiries and offered additional assistance on any needs we had. We truly felt welcomed, cared for, and in good hands from start to finish. Highly recommend.

lived here since feb. 2024 . find the high pad rent is too much for what you get approximately 1298.02 per month you almost need permission to fart here. i can afford the rent i was hoping they would keep up with maintenance better for that price. there are around 25 units for sale not only the cost but the new property owners (Parkbridge) are very controlling this is driving people out. sad.

It was better years ago. Our main road in the park has become trans Canada highway with traffic cutting through the park to get to the adjacent neighborhood. There is access there but takes longer than cutting thru our park. This includes heavy trucks as well . Management refuses to address the issue after they have received many complaints about it .
