If you have a loved one, please do not put them here. It’s absolutely disgusting, seniors are isolated in their rooms with no interaction, soiled diapers from disabled are kept in a laundry hamper by the dining room. The smell of it knocks you out as soon as you enter on the floor. This has been going on along time and the smell just gets worse as the weather is warming up : (

If you have a loved one, please do not send them here to Brookside Lodge Care. Its absolutely disgusting. Nurses never at the desk, seniors are secluded in their rooms with noone to talk to, soiled diapers are kept in a laundry hamper by the dining room. The smell of it knocks you out as soon as you enter on the floor. Im disgusted but my oldest sisters feel the need to keep our mom here, against her wishes.. This is a very sad time for the rest of our family members.. There are a few good nurses, but not many: (
