I dont even know how many times i have caught the staff leaving my grandma unattended in the bathroom while screaming "help"

Calvary place is always closed to family visitation. Today is family day. The doors are locked and no one is available to buzz family in. Every time I visit the door is locked, no one answers the doorbell, no one answers the phone. This is during thier stated visitation times.

My dad Henry was there for last 9 months and passed away in AUG the staff there was fantastic they were such a comfort to us from the beginning to the end .big hugs goes out to the 2nd staff you people are incredible thank you from the bottom of my heart..jackie Gerrits
