This place is not it. Witnessed a staff member straight up yelling and using profanity at a family member, in the parking lot, in public and also yelling at their own resident inside. There was zero respect shown for seniors or their families. No one deserves to be treated like that, especially seniors who are vulnerable. Do yourself a favor and do not send your loved ones here.
