Checking out the platform I realized that this platform does not ask for criminal records or any kind of adult, child checks. I am very disappointed with the wording being used in it. Care Possible States that it is "recommended" but is not required. This is the most dangerous thing to say on a platform that is hiring people and puts them in homes with vulnerabilities. Children, adults and seniors who are in need of help and are trusting someone in their homes with their life's and love ones. I am leaving this review in hopes that they will change their requirements and see how dangerous it is to not have proper background checks done on employees because for people who are looking for help are trusting that these checks are done.

The care possible platform, has been excellent for support for our needs in the home. The staff have been very supportive in helping us get started and following up to ensure our experience goes as planned. The care givers have been providing the services we required in setting up the weekly visits.

I was frustrated with the present system I was using(delay in invoices, never sure if my caregivers were paid for their services, not being able to book for times that I needed care, to name a few) and needed to make a change and a quick one at that. My WRHA caseworker was very helpful and suggested Care Possible. I reached out to Care Possible to find out how their platform operates. I had many questions for Lily Y. @Care Possible and she answered them and if she didn’t have the answer at that time, she got back to me promptly with the answer. Once I determined that Care Possible met all my needs and this is the platform that would be best for me, I contacted Lily Y. to walk me through the process of setting up my profile and inviting my care providers to set up their profiles as well. Many phone calls were made as I discovered glitches from my end as my situation is unique and has specific requirements. Lily Y. calmly and patiently walked me through them so I was able to begin creating events to obtain the care I was needing. This process is fast and time efficient and smooth running which has turned a frustrating situation into the most positive for both myself and my care providers. When I was issued my first invoice, I wanted to drop off the payment in person as I wanted to meet the person who was so patient with me(over 20 phone calls)and lowered my stress level immensely. Lily Y. and Care Possible have allowed me to focus on my son and they take care of the rest. I strongly recommend Care Possible if you are in need of care for your loved ones……as they make CARE Possible!
