My wife is a resident at Willingdon Care Centre and CareCorp is contracted for various services. We are experiencing a number of issues with the Resident Care Aids. I believe they are stretched to the bone at this facility but they need to be more compassionate to the residents. I would recommend the care aids receive sensitivity training to improve their interactions with the residents.

CareCorp is a business. They do not care about their clients or their staff. Resident interaction is minimal because their facilities are often working at critical staffing levels. Unfortunately, upper and middle management do not listen to their staff or try to understand their challenges to find solutions to give residents a better experience. I would not place my aging parent in a CareCorp facility over my dead body.
