My Deaf mother has been a resident of the home for 2 ½ years. My family is appreciative of the quality of care that is provided to her and is pleased with the warm and safe environment that she is in. The staff are professional, caring, and attentive, and they encourage my mother to participate in different activities. They have even gone out of their way to learn sign language to communicate with her. Overall, our family is at peace knowing that our mother is in good hands at the Richmond Care Home.

My mom has been a resident at Carefor for almost a year now. I am very impressed with how well she has settled in. The staff are all very kind and caring, as well as professional. I love the small intimate size of this home. It truly allows for individualized care, unlike some of the large and perhaps more fancy care homes. I would recommend Carefor Richmond to any family who has a mother /grandmother, etc, they adore.

My mother has been a resident for several months now and I can tell you first hand that Richmond Care Home is excellent in every way. The staff are professional, attentive and cheerful and always willing to help. I give them a 10/10 rating.
