I had a wonderful experience with this care centre. A special thank you to the wonderful Nurse, Harjinder, who was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. His caring nature and genuine empathy made a meaningful difference and brought a lot of comfort. He took the time to listen and ensured everything felt calm and reassuring. The entire team was professional and supportive, but it was the warmth and human touch that stood out the most. I would highly recommend this centre to anyone looking for both quality care and compassion.

Poorly run service. Individually, there are some excellent staff but they are unavailable often from being overbooked. On the day of my father’s medically assisted death (MAID) - which we had notified CarePartners on the Wednesday prior that services would no longer be required after February 8, as my father had scheduled MAID for that afternoon. We requested one final morning visit to help wash and prepare him before he said goodbye to close friends and family. We were reassured by the Care Coordinator that someone—specifically a PSW he was familiar with—was already scheduled. However, on the morning of February 8 at 8:45 a.m., I received a call from CarePartners informing me that no one was available and asking if an evening visit would be acceptable. This suggestion was both inappropriate and distressing given that my father was scheduled to die that afternoon and we were preparing to receive visitors between 10:00 a.m. and noon to say their final goodbyes. Instead of being able to spend that time focused on my father and his emotional needs, my partner Robin and I were forced to take on the physical care ourselves—washing him, getting him out of bed, and dressing him—because the service we had relied upon failed to show up at a critical moment. After pressing the company, we were told someone could arrive after 10 a.m., but that individual would have been on only their third day with the company and unfamiliar with my father’s situation. Given the emotional significance of that day, I declined. While we were able to manage, the emotional burden this placed on us during my father’s final hours was entirely unnecessary and deeply upsetting.

I’ve been a patient at care Partners for about a month right now. I have appointments daily for IV antibiotics And dressing changes for multiple surgeries. Upon arrival at the clinic, you are greeted by the Receptionist Who is very friendly and keeps you informed on your appointment and what nurse you’ll be seeing that day. I had some anxiety going there, not knowing what to expect but the nurses do know how to treat my wounds and they have educated me on how to use the pumps for My IV. PiCC line. I receive supplies to bring home and self treat as needed. They have given me And my wife/Caregiver the confidence to solve any problems with my home care which is kept me out of the hospital. If it wasn’t for their professional care, I have no doubt I would be back in the hospital where I previously spent three months not a place where I wanna be. I am being treated by Five different nurses who all are very knowledgeable and have years of experience. They’ve been very attentive to my needs and my concerns. They have also been very good with booking appointments accommodating my schedule. Tod
