Reading other reviews I can say it's definitely true. I feel that I was saved by God from having a chance to work here because they are terrible with even their interview process and their attitude is horrible.

CarePros is a horrible organization to work for. They don’t care about their employees and they don’t provide paid training. Working for CarePros was the worst career decision I’ve ever made.

Unprofessional. Should be investigated! Reports of child neglect and abuse, continued care with a child and youth workers without disciplinary action or investigation. Staff sleep during night shift. Management doesn’t follow through with basic needs of children/youth. Would not recommend placing your child here, few great care givers throughout the programs… Overworked. Underpaid. Under appreciated core staff. Basic contracts have been pulled because of the HUGE lack of organizational skills this company lacks. Children deserve better then this. Someone needs to advocate! ***** Attached is pictures of a separate staff (Child and Youth Worker)on a different occasion, with the same client…… at the mall, away from the client. Looks engaged with the client right? (Client was playing mini golf with the other staff on shift) How can you stand behind staff that CLEARLY are disengaged and neglectful…
