Really helpful. I come to Vancouver for a surgery and I'm so lucky to find Caring Shepherd to take care of me after the operation. Jerwina was professional, helpful and patient, she helped me a lot for the first 24 hours after the surgery.

Caring Shepherd In-Home Care Service provided 24-hour support for my mum during a very difficult time in her health. Their team was absolutely wonderful-dependable, compassionate, and genuinely caring. With their help, my mum's health improved tremendously, and she was able to regain her independence again. The caregivers were not only loving and attentive companions but also went above and beyond with daily tasks such as cleaning and cooking. They treated my mum with such kindness and respect, and it made all the difference in her recovery. The owner, Digna, was so obliging and kind. She came to my aid the very next day after I reached out, and she has such a warm, caring nature. She even dropped off a pie for my mum and the caregiver to enjoy together, and at Christmas time, she delivered a beautiful plant for my mum. Their services are reasonably priced in comparison to the going rates for this type of care, which made it possible for us to provide my mum with the quality support she needed. It is without hesitation that I highly recommend Caring Shepherd to anyone in need of trustworthy and compassionate home care support.

Caring Shepherd is an outstanding care provider. From the initial contact, I was impressed with their ability to fully understand the needs of our elderly mother, as well as their willingness to work together to provide the individual support required. The staff working with our mother are reliable, knowledgeable, experienced and personable. They are able to make good decisions based on the needs at any point in time. The detailed reports validate the excellent care our mother receives on a daily basis to ensure not only her safety, but also to address her ongoing needs at any point in time.This ongoing care and overall kindness provided for our mother has been a game changer.
