  I am a caregiver for many years too. I never heard of the company until 2 months ago as I had a senior fellow in my care. I am very please and amaze with all the great ,wonderful Staff that supported and worked with my client. The Company name says it All. They worked as a team. Thank you all and appreciate all the hard work. We will 100 percent definitely recommend CARING TOUCH.

  It is very difficult for me to write this review. I am not very happy to have to write it, but felt it was important to do so. I recently had the opportunity to see the services that Caring Touch provides firsthand b/c a friend was injured, and ended up living with me due to a flood at her condo. That's why I'm writing this from first hand experience. From the first contact with the RN who does the assessment--who showed up not wearing a mask during flu season when masks were still very much mandatory, and not even having one with her so we had to provide her with one--to the health care workers who actually provided the assistance, the best I can say is: Oh my. While all the homecare workers were kind, compassionate, and caring, there were some whose knowledge and skills were sometimes frighteningly bad. Fortunately there were non-infirm people in the house, with intact cognition. However, I kept wondering what would happen to folks who had no one making sure food safety measures were followed; or abrasive cleaning products were flushed from surfaces before the next bath. There are other, more expensive home health care providers out there. In the end, you get what you pay for. When dealing with insurance though, you often don't have a choice. I write this as a cautionary tale only. I am purposely not naming names, or dis'ing individuals. I only urge people looking for care for their loved ones, that if you hire this company, or if this company gets hired to look after someone you care for, to please monitor their care--especially if they are unable to advocate for themselves.
