As a senior resident at Carlton House, Oak Bay Ave., returning from a few months away, I know I'm living at THE most amazing address ever imagined. It's Posh! Staff, concierge, dining, the grounds - all impeccable! To live at Carlton House is to live in style and luxury beyond expectation. Residents are treated as 'cream of the crop'. Activities, services, expert guest speakers are scheduled daily and monthly. Excursions, theatre, special events are there for us bar none. Let me share my opinion with seniors wanting the best..."you are deserving of the finest, and the finest for You: Carlton House. Be ready to be indulged. Straight from my heart, I love living in elegance at Carlton House. Thank You owners and staff for making it what it is!"

My Mum has been at Carlton House for two years. She stayed in her own house for longer then we expected after my Dad passed but was lonely and I needed her closer to me in Victoria to help her as needed. She was showing signs of some memory loss but was still very independent. The support and love shown by all the staff at Carlton made her feel secure again and her room was lovely. She was even able to keep her cat! I loved visiting her daily because everyone was just so welcoming and friendly. I enjoyed getting to know all the staff and other residents. The activities were always well run and vibrant with energy. It is the perfect size, being a boutique style residence, for everyone to get to know each other. The food was also always excellent, especially the seasonal buffet Sunday spreads!! I can't say enough of how much we appreciated our time at Carlton. Mum's memory loss has progressed to require more needs so she has moved to Long Term Memory Care. We will miss everyone! Thank you all.
