My mom was cared for by the wonderful staff of Cartier House from May 2024 until January 2026 when she passed. In that period mom received wonderful care and attention especially when she was unwell. I know this as I visited her nearly everyday and got to know the care attendents as well as the office staff quite well. Everyone showed genuine care to my mom and all the patients and i also received full cooperation from the staff whenever i needed it for my mom. I'm saddened of course for having lost mom but one of the consolations i have is that in her last few months she was so well taken care of by Cartier House. God bless.

My Nana received the absolute best care from nurses and care staff. They were very caring and everyone did exactly what we asked. Very friendly staff and professional and open communication. Couldn’t recommend a better place.

Our family has experienced at least five other care homes for several family members over the last twelve years. Cartier House Care Centre may not be as large or as new as these past care homes, but what mattered to us most was the genuine, warm friendliness and respectful care that our family member received. The staff at Cartier House gave clear and consistent communication. We were always made aware of our loved one’s needs, health concerns, and the care home’s health protocols. All in all, the collective staff of Cartier House have been some of the best our family has had the pleasure of knowing.
