Unfortunately, I can only echo the comments of others here. Communication is non-existent. If you are lucky enough to get and keep one of the better PSWs, things are tolerable. Otherwise, people show up, without notice, at wildly divergent times and have no clue what they are supposed to do!

Visited my uncle while his CBI nurse was visiting. His wife had to request that the nurse wash her hands which she did but did not when she returned 40 minutes later to finish the treatment. Also she did not give her name or wear a name badge. Care was good but washing hands is very basic!

A model of inefficiency and irresponsibility. The government has to intervene and control health companies.
