I had 3 different guys putting my compression socks on for me and today no one showed up.I called the office and found out that my visits have to be renewed. Why wouldn't they tell me before it happens and just leave me waiting? The guys they sent were good,one even called to tell me what was going on after I talked to the office. The one start is for the office not

My mom receives services through CBI first at my home which was at best subpar. I was told it was difficult to get people to come out to the county, I live by the airport. Constantly not showing up, sending people that could not preform tasks etc. My mom moved into a lodge in Edmonton which CBI staffs home care aides there as well. A person would figure care would improve. Absolutely not, I am now further from my mom, unable to assist her. I spend 30+ minutes on hold trying to find out why no one had come to help my mom at least once a week. None of these people want to help any of these seniors, why are they working there? Terrible!

We are only week three of setting up homecare again for my mother and we have issues. Today Friday October 10 they don’t show for evening shift. Contact office they call caregiver they say they were there and got her ready for bed WELL that is a lie as I can assure you nobody was there my mother doesn’t have dementia or any cognitive issues and they didn’t show. My sister went and got her ready for bed and gave her medicine.We have had issues like this before especially on Fridays. So to verify someone is coming they will have to sign in and out when they come so it will be tracked for the number of visits you are paid for when you don’t show. Not impressed.
