  O stars. Regular psw called in sick and another psw came. The psw giving catheter care..had to "call" someone to tell her how to do it. My grandmother got hospitalized 2 days later for a UTI..kidneys are now failing. This is the main concern amidst other patient care errors that visit I will be filing. There is no regulatory body for PSWs, ownus falls upon the company who failed to properly screen the PSW before hiring; moreover assigning her to a client that she was clearly not safely capable of caring for. I am a nurse and currently in the process of getting the incompetent PSW to temporarily stop seeing clients ASAP until she gets proper education regarding infection control, safe patient transfers/ repositioning, and peri care. BOTTOM LINE: one should not work with compromised individuals if they lack the knowledge to safely provide patient care. Vulnerable people are at risk. My grandmother is now fighting for her life. We will be taking this further.

  I gave resign after two weeks because of scheduling during the interview I gave weekdays schedule but they gave me just only weekends when I requested for weekdays they said you have to do work only weekends we can’t give you weekdays work but my every weekend was busy I gave them another weekend I requested I have baby I have to take care baby and my husband has weekend job I need just another weekend work but they talked with me very rudely they said we don’t care about your baby just have to adjust what you can do we can’t give you any Saturday off . I waited to join this company for long time because everyone was saying it’s good company but I noticed there employees they don’t care about there employees how we can accept when employees need help they help them. They provide services to people who needs care but they don’t care own employees they have so many rules and regulations but if you gave them any schedule during interviews they will not change even they made a mistake. I told them they made mistakes with my schedule but they accepted and last day I was disappointed and I gave resign .i hope they will not gave any problems to other new employees.

  Some PSW's doesnt even know how to properly change diapers(briefs). And mostly of them they are always in a hurry, no even fix the bed, they dont even put the used clothes in the laundry basket and they dont even dry the washroom after use. And some of them talking on their phone while working 😢😢😢😢
