A healthcare aide who was hired privately by Home Care had a very poor interaction with my elderly grandma who is 95 years old and was only with her for 5 minutes. Elizabeth was yelling and calling my grandma a liar in front of my mom, did not want to leave the house when she was being asked, if this is what they do when there is a family member present in the home, what more do they do when a family member isn’t present. Do better, this is healthcare.

This company is taking Wrha to the cleaners. As a third party supplier of services, they fail miserably. I am sure they are charging a lot of money from Wrha but do not have the resources to provide the services they are supposed to. They keep calling me and cancelling visits, and when they do come it’s never ever on time. I can go on and on about my experiences but it may not make any difference but I needed to vent.

Everything worked out as expected no delays appointment times work. Friendly staff great service. Way better than the last drug testing place I went to on Portage.
