Incredibly unreliable company. Extremely unprofessional. Have been trying unsuccessfully to get them off our file since December. Awful experience for me and my family. One star is generous here.

Absolutely appalling. Psws don’t show up. They arrive extremely late. They leave before their allotted time. Meanwhile family are expected to fill in the gaps. It’s been 3 days since we started services with them and we’ve had issues every single day. Disgusting

I am only giving 1 star because I can't post a review without it otherwise I would give -1000 as a rating. Absolutely the worst organization to deal with. The PSWs are supposed to follow a schedule but instead show up whenever they feel like it. Some are actually great to deal with but the majority have been rude, unhelpful and down right insensitive. Some have been ordering my 80yr old mother to lift the patient and clean the patient. Seriously? What exactly is their role? The government needs to be aware of the dismal service and treatment of Ontario seniors. It is absolutely unacceptable. I will be writing a letter to my MPP as well as the health minister and the Premier. This company can't be allowed to go on treating the most vulnerable seniors this way. Disgusted citizen.
