My mother has recently moved into Cedarhurst and I cannot say enough positive things about the care and love she is receiving. The team are lovely and experienced in dealing with the cruel reality of dementia. My mother looks 20 years younger. She’s clean, safe, well cared for and is getting opportunities to live again within her abilities. Highly recommend Cedarhurst.

They've taken good care of my mother for several years, she seems happy and peaceful. The staff are nice, everyone there seems nice. They have kept her safe these past few years. A great place.

Mr Hong the new ceo is quite a character. He strategically placed his office at the far end of the basement therefore not easily accessible to our residents, staff and families. His door is always closed and takes days to return calls or respond to emails. A poor choice of a ceo in my opinion. He is never visible on the care units and always has a dry unfriendly look on his face can this please be addressed and perhaps taken to the board for review if whether thid mr hong is suitable for the role..
