I have one family member living in cedar Hopehill. If you are looking for a place for your family member, make sure you choose this place as your last option. The management and service here are very poor. Every time you have any requests or complaints, no one will follow up with you and they’re even ignore the issue until you gave up. Staff here are very lazy and lack of public morality.
