A heartfelt thank you to the Domaine Saint-Dominique long-term care facility for taking such good care of my mother during her three weeks of recovery. Special thanks to the dedicated caregivers Nathalie and Carine, who perform their duties with such tact, and especially to the night nurse Dalianah for her empathy and the excellent care she provides with such respect.

The staff on the 4th floor do a remarkable job under difficult conditions with empathy. They provided excellent care and support to a relative and our family.

If I could, I'd remove the 1 star and give it 0. Appalling service. I hope the residents receive better care than those recovering there. NO MEDICATION GIVEN DURING THE NIGHT DESPITE A CLEAR PRESCRIPTION FROM THE SURGEON. Apparently, there was no nurse on duty at night. BUT strangely, when I called for information, I was told there was a nurse on site all night...so why didn't anyone come when my aunt rang ALL NIGHT??? I asked to speak to the head nurse on site, I was put on hold, and no one answered. The line simply cut out. HYGIENE CARE WAS HALF-PERFORMED, AND WHAT WAS DONE WAS DONE POORLY. FOOD WAS INEDIBLE. Do you think this isn't going to end here?
