Information for residents' families: Regarding the 12th-floor unit, the nursing staff is completely unprofessional and shows no consideration for the elderly, according to each individual's records. Residents often find themselves in a state of despair, with inadequate clothing following their "so-called" partial washing (summer sandals in winter and no stockings) due to a blatant oversight by the attendant. There is no check regarding the wearing of dentures, so residents must eat without their dentures. The nursing staff provides no encouragement to residents to participate in activities. The nurses' position is problematic: communication with families is difficult and they are not very receptive.

With the exception of one employee from Cambodia, the staff is nonchalant, negligent, and uncooperative. The elevators are filthy, filled with splashes from years ago, there's an unpleasant odor throughout the building, and the floors are sticky and dirty. It's the definition of a death trap.

People there live according to their usual routines, with medical care, three meals a day followed by two snacks, the right to smoke if they wish according to their financial means, and also the leisure to consume beer or wine. They are also supported in their disability.
