I recently had the opportunity to visit Chartwell Bankside as I was exploring options for an upcoming Respite stay. Upon walking into the Great room, I was immediately impressed. The staff I spoke with were all warm and friendly and Nicole was great in answering all my questions and providing me with a tour of the facility as well. While I opted for another Chartwell facility closer to family, I highly recommend you check out Chartwell Bankside if you are considering options for care or a retirement facility.

I had a really positive experience with Chartwell Bankside. The environment is warm, welcoming, and well-organized, and you can tell that both staff and residents are treated with genuine care and respect. The team is incredibly kind, supportive, and professional, always working together to ensure a high standard of care and comfort. It is clear that a lot of effort goes into creating a safe and pleasant atmosphere for everyone. Overall, a wonderful place with compassionate people who truly make a difference every day.

My wife and I moved into Chartwell Bankside one year ago. This has been a very pleasant experience! The residence is very well run and maintained. The staff are very accommodating and efficient. There are a good variety of activities arranged by the wonderful Activities Director Gulay. I also want to mention one of the receptionists Fiona. This young lady has consistently gone out of her way to help residents. All in all I can recommend that people looking for an Assisted Living Residence check out Bankside.
